Danish coffee table designed by Andreas Hansen for Haslev Møbelsnedkeri in the 1990s and early 2000s.Wooden frame with oval glass plate, the frame can be adjusted in height with the help of the leather straps that support the frame.Hansen, born in 1936, completed his training as a cabinetmaker in 1957 and continued his studies at the Danish School of Arts and Crafts and the School of Architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. He taught at both schools for several years. Since the mid-1960s he has had his own design practice where he mainly designs furniture for other Danish factories or, for example, lampshades for Le Klint.
